For those of you who are not crazy about persimmons, here is one way of eating them that is delicious.Try drying the fruit.Pick the persimmons when they are starting to get soft but still firm. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and position on the trays of a dehydrator. After about 15-20 hours remove the fruit but let them sit and loose any residual moisture. Then put them in a glass jar and nibble away.
