Little Olivier needs to have his picture taken for his passport photos. We decided to have lunch in St. Remy and get the photos taken. We had lunch at the Brasserie Les Varietes, 32 Boulevard Victor Hugo, 13210 St-Remy-de-Provence. Our lunch was excellent. We all chose the plat de jour which was a pave de salmon paired with risotto. The salmon was perfectly cooked.

After lunch we made a few stops. Of course one was to the photographer but helas, it was Monday and they are closed on Mondays. So Robin will have to come back tomorrow.on our way to St. Remy

Before leaving town, we stopped at the most charming store in ST. Remy.

All of them can all be tasted before buying. Since we bottle our own oil, I decided to check out the vinegars. I found 2 bottles of flavored vinegars that were amazing. One is a raspberry vinegar and the other was a fig vinegar. There are at least 10 other flavored vinegars to choose from.
