This past Monday, I spent the day sampling foods that were wonderful. The fancy Food Show is also about helping retailers build their business. This year there were at least 17,000 attendees and over 80,000 products. 35 countries were represented among the 1,300 exhibitors.
I took so many photos that my iphone lost all its battery power.

The truffles are amazing and remind me of the scene in A Year in Provence. This looks like a fun event!

This is a great event. I love to taste food so it is lots of fun. The vendors are also interesting because many of them are new and have new products.
