Don’t you hate jet lag?  My body is really not being very nice to me right now.  it so wants a nap.  I flew home yesterday – Marseille to Frankfurt to San Francisco.  The flight was fine, I watched a bunch of movies, slept a bit and unpacked when I got home.  Then I went to bed and slept from midnight to 6:30 AM.  But now my body is screaming for a tiny nap.  If i decide to listen to it, I may not wake up until midnight and then stay awake all the rest of the night.

How do you handle your jet lag?
